Yet 95% of people that follow a healthy diet, don’t consume enough green leafy vegetables.
Green smoothies are great and my favourite way to eat the greens I know I need! When I first heard about green smoothies I used to be a little doubtful about mixing fruit and greens in my smoothie maker and was surprised by the result.
Romaine Smoothie
- one cup strawberries
- two entire bananas
- bunch romaine lettuce
- half to one cup water
Blend in your smoothie maker and enjoy!
Spinach Smoothie
- two cups fresh spinach
- one entire grated cucumber or carrot
- two whole bananas
- one entire orange
- three entire apples,
